Join us at the Powered By You Training Studio on November 12th at 6pm for wine & hors d’oeuvres followed by a 1-hour presentation and experiential learning session.

The holidays often bring on stress from every direction. Common stressors include:

  • Trying to live up to our own expectations
  • Keeping up with family traditions
  • Surviving Seasonal Work Pressures
  • Entertaining Guests
  • Maintain Personal Health & Fitness Goals
  • And managing the daily task of work/life balance, AKA trying to do it all!

In this workshop you will learn coping strategies for each of these stressors, and put into practice some of the technique learned.
